Design Development through Construction

When the client is ready to move forward, we will start by reviewing the creative concepts generated from our initial discussions. This is a collaborative step, where we look at the full scope of work, from cost estimates to construction timeframe. We will move from predesign through the schematic design phase, and you will see your vision take shape. We will review and discuss the schematic design and then provide a final project rendering for review. When this is approved, we will finalize the floor plan, elevations, architectural features, and interior finishes and create the detailed construction package for the contractor.

When the time comes to start construction, we will have the build team and schedule in place, making the process, from ground break to move in, a success. Our team will perform regular site visits to observe the construction process, answer any questions the builders may have, and ensure your vision comes together as planned. We will also have team meetings periodically through the build process because teamwork, communication, and organization are the keys to a successful project.
